As a Licensed Professional Mental Health Therapist, Board Certified Supervisor, Trauma Specialist, Parent Child Psychotherapist, Owner of Bring About Changes LLC, and Parent myself, I am passionate about walking with Adults, Families and Children to reach their greatest healing potential by merging the science of therapy and the quality of relationships. This blending of relationship-based approaches and the science of Therapeutic Modalities has been a powerful combination to assist my clients of all ages. The combination helps in developing the insight, self-empowerment, and skills necessary to overcome the next challenges in life The majority of my counseling experience consists of working with adults, families, and children. I specialize in prenatal women and children under the age of 5. I use my understanding of attachment theory, person-centered, neurobiology and Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT/ DBT) as the foundation for my therapeutic work.
