I am passionate about creating a space that meets my clients’ needs of safety and acceptance. I understand that each client is unique, and I value developing a client centered, supportive therapeutic relationship. I strive to see and understand my clients’ identities and explore their strengths as well as challenges to best overcome obstacles. I work with adult individuals experiencing a variety of challenges including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive thoughts or behaviors, LGBTQIA+ exploration/transition/coming out, interpersonal relationship and family challenges, and work or school related stress.
