I work with adults and older adults who have ongoing challenges with depression and anxiety. My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and depressed, and help you make progress towards your goals. My approach to treatment is that people underestimate their ability to change. It’s possible to change, and it’s possible to enjoy life again. View 7 Photos Sessions with me will provide you with the space to be heard and understood so that you’ll be able to express your thoughts and feelings, and figure things out about yourself. It’s important for me to provide a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself.
