About

I am a psychotherapist and a bodyworker combining both to shift patterns that prevent aliveness and potency. I use touch, breath and movement to kindle personal creativity and spiritual evolution. Together we open a doorway into the unknown where mysterious forces help us to transform what no longer serves life. We access a safe and grounded space where slowing down increases the power of awareness. Getting to know yourself in this way means that the experience of the present moment and it’s possibility take the lead, and the story drops to the side. My clients need to have a strong sense of self to receive bodywork.
