Through a variety of treatment modalities, I will assist you in unlearning the negative core beliefs you have internalized and the dysfunctional behaviors you have adopted while seeking a false sense of safety, connection or joy. No matter the roots of these beliefs and behaviors, whether it be historical trauma, maladaptive personality traits, poor coping skills or limited problem-solving abilities, there is hope for your life.
