I am a License Mental Health Counselor with special training and skills in working with individuals, children, families, and communities for over 14yrs. I am able to incorporate the use of mindfulness, solution/focused, play therapy and a person centered/strength based approach. My passion all my life is to help others to improve their mental health. I am warm, compassionate, direct, combining experience, education, creativity, and a sense of humor, with a down-to-earth, realistic approach.
