Hi, my name is Prynzessin Carney, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Southern California. I meet with adult clients from diverse backgrounds all around the state via telehealth. I help clients who struggle with poor self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindful Self Compassion Therapy (MSC). My goal in therapy is to help my clients identify and meet their treatment goals.
