Most therapists spend months helping you understand why you feel this way - we help you understand AND then we help you do something about it. We believe therapy should feel like having someone genuinely in your corner who's committed to helping you get what you actually need so you can get back to living your life. Our diverse team includes counselors, social workers and art therapists who bring both clinical expertise and lived experience. We work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, eating disorders, substance use, life transitions, and identity exploration to name a few areas we can help. Our approach is practical and personalized and we offer in-person sessions and online therapy, with weekend and evening appointments available.
