We specialize in conducting Immigration Evaluations for Hardship Waiver, spousal abuse (VAWA), U-Visa, and T-Visa. Our evaluations are completed by a trilingual (Russian and Lithuanian) therapist. We also provide services through professional interpreters (Spanish). The therapist will consult with your attorney and will review pertinent medical, mental health, and legal records. Our comprehensive evaluation involves a review of personal, family and background information, medical/psychiatric conditions and medications, current mental health status, hardship factors, diagnosis, summary, and recommendations.
