At Psychological Services of NJ we believe that therapy is a place where people learn the tools they need to cope with stressors life has thrown at them. Our goal is to guide and educate you through your journey towards healing. Therapy does not need to take forever, you can heal and move forward quickly with the right guidance. We approach treatment from a holistic approach, preferring to treat patients as a whole, instead of focusing on symptoms which may be related to a larger problem. This means including nutrition and exercise in the treatment plan in addition to more traditional CBT and ACT techniques.
