Aloha, and welcome to Psychotherapy Hawaii, where we provide an integrative, client-centered approach tailored to each individual’s unique needs. We believe meaningful change occurs when clients are supported in drawing on their strengths and developing insight that allows for a more balanced and fulfilling life. Therapy can be a meaningful investment in yourself at any stage of life: not only during times of crisis, but also when you’re ready to deepen self-understanding, restore balance, or move toward personal growth. We work with clients in Hawaii, New York, and South Carolina, offering both in-person and telehealth services. Our approach is grounded in a client-centered, trauma-informed framework with a here-and-now focus, integrating CBT, developmental, and mindfulness-based approaches to support insight and emotional regulation. We have extensive experience working with trauma and ongoing post-graduate training in psychoanalytic and attachment-based approaches.
