Welcome - I'm Donna. I'm informal, caring, real, and nonjudgmental. I offer a type of psychotherapy widely considered to be THE most effective psychotherapy that is gentle: Internal Family Systems, or IFS. With IFS, we'll heal your childhood trauma - both the "big T" and "little T" kind. We'll heal the painful emotions, beliefs and behaviors born of misattunment, neglect, emotional or physical abuse, and/or any other childhood trauma. We'll get to know the young parts that still hold childhood pain - with deep compassion and respect. We'll let them know we see them and that they're no longer alone. And then we'll heal them.
