I will join with each individual to work on Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Mental Illness, Grief, Substance Abuse, Life Skills and Wellness. Together. we will explore current trends in wellness and recovery including but not limited to discussion, education on the issues presented, and internal and external resources. Our sessions are Judgement Free and solution focused. My target population are adults beginning at the age of 17.
