I helped adults with processing childhood trauma, develop healthy coping strategies for mood management, and strengthen their interpersonal relationships." In my practice I utilize evidence-based treatment models, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, inner child technique and EMDR. These interventions assist my clients to process emotional injury and pain and work toward a better quality of life.
