The therapy process often involves healing, addressing unresolved issues and learning new skills that will help you navigate through life's uncertainties and challenges. My focus is to help you meet your life and treatment goals. I have had the privilege of working with diverse communities and am conscious of the need for compassionate care and the importance of valuing experiences of all groups in order to truly connect. During our first session, we will make introductions, focus the majority of our time on your reason for starting therapy (now), and discuss what the therapeutic relationship looks like.
