I offer support for my clients to develop coping skills, reduce stress, improve self-esteem and create healthier relationships through better communication. My ideal clients include families, couples, children and adolescents having difficulty understanding each other and feeling overwhelmed with the increasing demands of work, home and school. By working with families I can address underlying issues of conflict, stress, anxiety, fear, depression, etc. I address the many difficulties or obstacles preventing them to function effectively in daily life and appreciate each other.
