As a first generation college graduate I am passionate about helping young professional women navigate their careers, self care, and relationships. I obtained my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Communication from Southern Connecticut University and Masters of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Saint Joseph. I have many years of experience working with individuals and families in inpatient, outpatient, and school mental health treatment. I specialize in anxiety and stress management, self care, relationship issues, career difficulties, and academic stress. My mission is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can unpack what’s on your mind, let go of what’s heavy, and discover new ways to thrive.
