My ideal client is someone who feels stuck in patterns shaped by their past but is beginning to realize that change is possible. They may struggle with regret, guilt, or confusion about past decisions and often find themselves questioning their identity, values, or moral direction. Many have spent years following the crowd, people-pleasing, or reacting to life instead of intentionally choosing their own path. I am an experienced and licensed therapist (LMSW) and a proud military veteran with a deep passion for serving others. I believe no one should feel forgotten, unheard, or alone in their struggles-and my work is centered on creating a safe, supportive space where your voice truly matters.
