Hello, I bring an extensive background as a Social Worker with 11 years of experience helping clients resolve mental health issues and make positive life choices. My theoretical orientations include cognitive-behavioral therapy, a strength-based approach, and behavioral activation therapy. I aim to teach, motivate, inspire, and support my clients in making healthy mental health choices. I also specialize in men’s mental health needs , grief counseling PTSD, and in working with couples to help improve communication and secure their relationships.
