About
I/My practice is grounded in the belief that we all have a deep desire and fundamental need to connect—with ourselves and with others. My practice melds my lived experience as a southern-raised, first-gen West Indian, queer womxn with an evidence-based approach that's warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental, humorous and directive. Using a culturally attuned, trauma/somatic/relational focus, we’ll explore barriers to authentic living and connecting deeply with yourself, your partner(s), the world. We’ll collaboratively curate a transformative healing process that allows you to experience: connection—healing—liberation. My practice serves adults, many who are some of the most marginalized among us. I use training in EMDR, Relational Life Therapy, Internal Family Systems to support individuals, couples & QTBIPOC navigating issues related to intimacy, communication, conflict, kinks, trauma, boundaries, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, social/racial justice, sexuality & life.
