I'm here to help you feel a little less overwhelmed and a little more confident after religious trauma. Trauma threatens to overwhelm and take away your sense of safety and wellbeing. Religious trauma and cult groups take our traumatic experience to a whole new level because god, a higher power, or a higher good becomes the traumatizing figure. Yikes. We help religious trauma survivors address their: Codependency and people-pleasing patterns, triggers and nervous system dysregulation, boundaries, lack of direction, grief over the loss of their communities, families, and friends, and confidence and identity issues.
