I am an empathetic clinician with a passion for working with neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ clients. With both lived and hands-on experience, I bring my CBT training & intersectionality-focused perspectives to my sessions. Additionally, I am current receiving consultation to become an EMDRIA approved clinician. My professional journey has equipped me to support individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including severe anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, substance use, grief, trauma, & issues within the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to help develop self-confidence, self-efficacy, & self-sufficiency with each client.
