I help clients explore their freedom they don’t have to feel stuck. I use a holistic approach that acknowledges that stress (mental and physical) affects relationships as well as the body, mind, and soul. I help clients live proactively so that they have a more balanced and conscious life (physically, emotionally, spiritually, interpersonally). I address past traumas and current stressors and use a trauma informed approach. With over twenty years of experience, I can help you change and grow.
