I am an Expressive Arts Therapist offering individual counseling for anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, working through "stuck" places, identity exploration, and actualization of your authentic self. I integrate tools of mindfulness, yoga, Internal Family Systems, polyvagal theory with playfulness and art creation, rooted in social justice and action interventions. I work with adolescents, college students, and adults. I work with individuals who identify as transgender and polyamorous. I center a collaborative approach: together we will create a space of compassion centering your internal wisdom.
