About

I opened Solutions Counseling Center out of a sincere passion to give back to my community and help minimize the stigma against seeking mental health services, particularly in rural areas, military communities, and among minority ethnic groups. My goal is to assist clients through support, education, and counseling. In over 25 years of service in the mental health field, I find my training, skills, and approach to therapy are best suited to treat mood disorders/anxiety, trauma, family systems, couples/marital issues, adolescents/teens, and dual diagnosis disorders.
