I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Enso Counseling, LLC. I work with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen relationships and improve emotional well-being. My areas of focus include emotional intelligence, codependency, childhood relational trauma, anxiety, and addiction. As a TEDx speaker on emotional intelligence, I help clients—particularly men—understand how their past influences present patterns, develop healthier emotional awareness, and make meaningful changes that support deeper connection and a more fulfilling life.
