I became a therapist 6 years ago to help people, ages 6 to 100, become their best selves. My expertise is in: treating depression, bipolar and other mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety, trauma, reunification therapy, substance abuse, and court ordered therapy. By providing individualized and compassionate care, I am here to help clients overcome mental health issues, and to learn how to problem-solve on their own as they grow and begin to build a "life worth living." I meet people where they are and guide them as they begin understanding who they are and how they are the expert here, not me.
