I am a cultivator and conduit for change. Change is not always an easy process, but most individuals seek therapy because they want something to change in their current life. I don't believe in disorders, I believe that there are behaviors that may not be allowing you to fully experience your life that need to be positioned correctly for you to move forward. I am just the guide to help you along your journey of change. It is hard work, but in the end, it will be worth your time and effort. I am skilled in trauma recovery and I can assist you with working through the most difficult situations and circumstances in your life. In our first session we will get to know each other. One of the qualities that many of my clients like about me is that I am authentic and I am genuine, I mean what I say and I say what I mean. I operate in a judgment free zone, there is nothing that you can tell me that will shock or surprise me.
