Welcome! I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience. I provide individual therapy to youth and adults of all ages. My hours are 8AM to 3PM. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy with a person-centered approach. As a first-generation immigrant and Wellesley College alumna, I am sensitive to cultural and women’s issues. I have extensive training and experience in Trauma Systems Therapy.
