I want to start off by saying that you are so brave for coming here to look for a therapist. That's a big step! Now, the process of picking someone feels sort of strange, doesn't it? Your connection with a therapist is SUPER important. You either connect or you don't and it's not a bad thing if someone just isn't your vibe. I will tell you that for most of my career, teenagers have been my people. Lately, however, I have increased my work with adults and maybe that's a sign I'm getting older?! Gosh Darn!
