Childhood experiences, interpersonal relationships and life challenges can all impact how we navigate our lives. I help individuals develop the awareness, coping skills, and self-compassion they need to heal and thrive in their lives today. I believe that healing is a deeply personalized journey that occurs in many ways. I offer a blend of compassion and skills to create a space fostering self compassion, vulnerability, change and growth. I draw from a variety of approaches depending on each client’s unique needs, working in collaboration with each client to treat their entire self.
