Immediate openings for in person or telehealth I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to understand what’s getting in the way and explore practical steps toward healing and change. I enjoy working with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns as well as many others. I also enjoy working with moms to help be a support through a difficult process of learning who you are after having children. As a mom myself I understand that taking priority is not easy but sometimes necessary to show up for others! Therapy is not a one size fits all, and my hope is that we can create an environment that is ideal to your healing. I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to those who qualify
