Life is a journey full of stories, some we’ve chosen to create and others that were created for us. Your story may be easy or difficult, joyful or painful, filled with pride or touched by guilt or shame. Whatever chapter you’re in—or thinking about opening—I honor your bravery and courage for taking this step. Maybe you’re stepping into independence for the first time, starting a new career, feeling uncertain about the future, navigating parenthood, experiencing grief or relationship stress, adjusting to changes, feeling lost in what your next chapter might be, or simply trying to make it through each day- I am glad you are here. I provide a safe, compassionate space for children, adolescents, and adults to process emotions, heal from trauma, and build resilience for those moments when life feels “too much.” Through play, creative expression, and talk therapy, I help clients explore their stories, make sense of their experiences, and move toward healing and growth.
