My approach to therapy is a strong belief in the resiliency of the human spirit. I feel my client is the expert on who he/she is and my role is to facilitate greater learning and growth in a collaborative way through the therapeutic relationship. I have almost 20 years in the field and utilize various modalities to assist my client in his/her journey toward growth and healing. I work with individuals--children, teens, and adults--struggling with life adjustments, family issues, past trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. I have experience working with First Responders.
