My potential clients are aware they need counseling or have reached a point where they cannot manage their life effectively. While they are in charge of what they do with their lives they may feel unable to navigate it. They need support, education, empathy, tools, and insight to help them with better decision making and the ability to navigate their path. They want a therapist that is genuine and can offer multiple perspectives, insights, and empathy while helping them work through what their current struggle is. Therapy is a safe place to work through all thoughts, feelings and concerns without judgement.
