Ocean Heart Art Therapy was born out of the belief that every moment of our lives is unique ranging from gentle and calm to torrential and drastic. However, if we have the foundation necessary, we can cultivate a life that allows for co-existence with the waves stemming from the heart of the ocean. As an art therapist and counselor, I believe that each individual's light is as unique as each wave, and each individual has different needs and intentions for therapy. Our initial focus is on building trust and safety, and from there we will build a direction and road map of exploration that feels most resonant for our time together. View 6 Photos As an art therapist and counselor with over 15 years of experience, I blend perspectives of cultural feminism, existentialism, mindfulness, somatics and studio art into my work. It is my joy and privilege to be with an individual through the depth of self and relational exploration. I work in a beautiful art studio that also offers a cozy counseling space.
