I see therapy as an incredibly transformative and healing process. In order for this healing to take place, it’s important you find the right therapist for you. I believe in creating an individualized approach to therapy tailored specifically to you, with as much or as little push from me as you find helpful. I work to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe and supportive, as I believe trust is essential in promoting growth.
