I believe that mental health struggles stem from disconnection with ourselves and others. Processing past wounds can be a first step to knowing yourself better, communicating with loved ones effectively, and managing today's challenges. I help adults and couples shine light on patterns of conflict and emotional distress that developed in response to negative events. I teach grounding tools so you feel empowered to speak your truth and find peace in your body. I support clients struggling with childhood trauma, grief/loss, complex family dynamics, codependency, people pleasing, life transitions, and identity exploration.
