Choosing a therapist can seem overwhelming. Deciding who to share your story with requires an investment of your time, energy and finances. My twenty five years of experience in the field has helped me to connect with people in a safe and supportive environment to tackle the obstacles life sometimes throws our way. We all can get off track or lose sight of our hopes and goals for the future. Finding the right support during these times is crucial to navigating our way back to the people we love and the life we want for ourselves. I work with couples, individuals and families who are struggling with issues related to life transitions, relationship difficulties or the pain of infidelity. Utilizing a systemic and attachment based lens, I help individuals and couples negotiate their needs to one another and develop the necessary coping skills to work through the challenges of life.
