I have been working as a family therapist for the past 3 and a half years. I have been working with youth and families with histories including in some capacity since 2004. My goal is to support and validate your experiences while exploring what you feel that you need to shift to feel more stable. I think it is always important to have someone objective to support decision-making and recognize that when you have a singular view it is hard to weigh options. I am here to support differing ideas to better inform your decision-making.
