Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially if you are already carrying a lot. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself, even on the days you are not totally sure who that is. I show up as a real human who is warm, authentic, and collaborative, with a gently direct style once trust is built. Therapy does not have to feel stiff or intimidating to be effective. It can be meaningful and human, and I believe real change happens through connection, curiosity, compassion, and yes, sometimes humor. View 7 Photos I work with children (ages 4+), teens, young adults, and adults navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and family dynamics. When preferred, I can also incorporate my dogs into sessions - because for some people, healing feels a little easier with a calm, furry presence nearby.
