In therapy, I see myself as a guide helping people re-connect and remember the wisdom of their own inner knowing so they can meet life as their most vibrant self. I take a non pathologizing approach to care, and incorporate methods that support clients getting to the root of their suffering, coming into more wholeness as they heal and release trauma, grief and other blocks to joy, presence, and connection. I am deeply committed to my own healing process and do the work that I ask my clients to show up for. This - combined with 20+ years of clinical experience allows me to co-create meaningful transformation with my clients.
