As a Social Worker and Mental Health Therapist, my goal is to guide you through the healing process by offering a safe & confidential space to explore and overcome whatever obstacles you may be facing. I have worked with individuals seeking recovery from grief & loss, depression and anxiety, domestic violence/abuse, relationship challenges, parenting stress, trauma, substance use, and childhood issues to name a few. I work with children, teens, adults, and seniors both in person and via Telehealth.
