As a therapist—and a mom of three—I understand that life rarely moves in straight lines. My clients describe me as interactive, straightforward, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation. Whether my clients are ready to dive in or just beginning to consider change, I focus on building a genuine connection rooted in trust, respect, and collaboration. I work with individuals navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in women’s health, as well as relationship and family dynamics, and I bring a trauma informed, individualized approach to each client’s journey. I also specialize in supporting college and post-graduate students.
