We all create a set of expectations of ourselves, our world, and others, beginning with our earliest relationships. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in exploring how these beliefs either strengthen or distort our approach to relationships, medical issues, trauma, and/or challenges. I have a general practice dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, adjustment, marital, and family issues. I also work with clients and their families who are coping with medical and/or genetic diagnoses. I see soldiers and/or their spouses who are adjusting to military related issues and deployments.
