I am a licensed clinical social worker with a decade of experience in mental health. I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and bipolar through individual, group therapy and other various services. I take a client centered strengths-based approach incorporating various treatment modalities to meet the needs of the individual.
