I have experience providing individual and group therapeutic services to adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health concerns; including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues and mood disorders. I support both heterosexual and LBTQIA+ individuals. I have developed a passion for mental health through my own healing journey, which has allowed me to deeply understand, empathize, and connect with clients. I am here to listen, support, challenge, and share some occasional laughs with you during your therapeutic process.
