Entering therapy is a courageous step you can take to begin living a healthier and more fulfilling life. My areas of specialization and interest include working with individuals and couples as they navigate life and career transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety and depression, self-esteem, and multifaceted work/family responsibilities. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a shared understanding of what brings them to therapy, and I help clients identify their strengths to achieve success. In this busy world, it can be difficult to find balance, therefore I also incorporate mindfulness practices into sessions.
