Be the best version of you! I am here to help you be the best version of yourself, to communicate with your family and friends, to set boundaries, to help you feel more confident. How do you take care of yourself? I am a therapist, but I always say that I am a "mom" first. I help individuals and couples find practical ways to meet their goals. I have worked in the schools as part of an IEP team in the classrooms. I have also worked with many Veterans who have chronic illnesses due to their time in service, and who have depression, anxiety , and PTSD. I love working with couples- I help break down communication, develop common goals, and recognize how to move forward in a loving way.
