I enjoy working with preteens, teens and adults. I have specialized experience working with previously incarcerated youth and adults, veterans, first responders and others impacted by trauma. I have a special interest in helping members of the Native community address issues of Historical trauma, including family and domestic violence, addiction and poverty. I utilize body-centered interventions to increase coping skills and decrease mental health symptoms. I enjoy watching clients embrace their strengths and begin to enjoy the freedom and joy which comes from discovering their purpose and living the life they were meant to live.
